His professional foundations span Bosch, more than two decades with Boston Consulting Group and senior leadership roles at EY-Parthenon. He has advised ministers, chairmen, chief executives, boards, sovereign wealth funds, investors and multinational corporations across Asia, the Middle East, Europe, the Americas and Africa.
Thomas holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and maintains strong ties with the Harvard Kennedy School of Government.
